The company was formerly known as Glintt - Global Intelligent Technologies, S.A. and changed its name to Glintt Global, S.A. in July 2024. Glintt Global, S.A. was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Sintra, Portugal. Glintt Global, S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Farminveste - Investimentos, Participações E Gestão S.A.
